Kasey Clark

Kasey Clark found yoga while she was a professional road cyclist, to unplug from all the competitiveness that is racing.

She initially went infrequently, only going when she was stressed or anxious about a race. What she discovered was that not only was the meditative aspect of yoga extremely helpful, she was gaining strength from the physical practice as well.

When she “retired” from racing, she began to include yoga into her daily life. She now coaches mountain and road bikers, as well as trail runners and she incorporates yoga into each athlete’s training plan, because she recognizes the value of it. 

Kasey has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has been teaching for over three years.  Her teaching style is creative and fun, always emphasizing the importance of breath in every class.

She can’t wait to guide you through her vinyasa flow classes, where she draws on her years of racing and yoga to help you develop a thoughtful, strong, and playful practice!
