Karen Mahoney

Karen Mahoney found yoga in 1998 while pregnant with her son to relive back pain and support gentle movement.

She has been a student of yoga since then and became a yoga instructor in 2017. Karen loves teaching a slower paced class focused on deep stretches, slower flow and mindful movement.

When not working she enjoys spending time outdoors; hiking, biking, paddling and exploring with her family and rescue dogs.

She is honored to be joining the Zen Den team and is looking forward to practicing with you!
